Short stories

Dad has passed his love of short stories on to me over the years. He introduced me to Saki and I introduced him to the adult fiction of Roald Dahl. Last night we looked up another one of his old favorites, O Henry. He died in 1910 and his works are public domain, so I read his most famous story online, and found it to be uproariously funny. Here it is: The Ransom of Red Chief.
